IPhone 17 pro max

Does anyone know how long it will be before I get my iPhone 17 pro max I had a email today to say my order is on track . When I ordered it said usually dispatched within 14 days I’m on day 8 now

Welcome to the EE Community

We don't get specific dates for when more stock is expected in the warehouse so we cant be more specific than the 14 day guidance you were originally given. The e-mail to say it is on track just means we still have your order and expect it within the timescales given.

Best bet is to just keep checking on the order tracker and once it is dispatched you will get a text from DPD which will have the delivery tracking information.

It’s November they came out in September why are they taking so long to get stock . Other phone company’s have this phone in stock . The problem is I’ve still got a contact with yourself until next November for my current iPhone 16 pro max if I could I would leave EE.
