Hi,
I ordered a iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256GB on 15/3/26. I have received my order summary with my order details. I haven’t received any sort of reference number/order number of that it’s been dispatched yet.
is this due to the demand on this model currently or is there an issue with my order?
please help:)

For orders placed from 13/03/26, the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Silver is showing 'Expect dispatch within 7 days.'
If you've not received an order reference yet, please double check your inbox, including your spam/junk folder, for any emails from EE, as they can sometimes drop in there.
If there’s nothing there, please give our customer support team a call so they can check your order has gone through and help further.
