Hello, I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb Deep Blue on 1/11 and still had no update, but I've seen some people on this Forum who ordered the exact same as me just a day before and they recieved their devices today, so shall I assume I should receive my device in next few days? So very eager for this delivery now 😩

Hello again, just wondering if you've heard any updates from DPD yet regarding your order as Ive noticed a couple of people in this forum who ordered the exact same as us just a day before us and they recieved their devices today so hopefully not long for us

Hello,

I ordered on 1st November and was told upto 2 weeks for dispatch, but just got an email stating my 'order is track'

Would this indicate my device will be dispatched next couple of days?

I've just checked our stock page, and it looks like you'd have around a 14 day wait for your phone if you ordered that specific model on the 1st of November.

You should download the DPD app as well.

I received an email like 30 minutes ago from EE saying 'your order is on track', so would that indicate my order could possible arrive in next coupe of days?

It sounds like your order is on track to be delivered within the 14 day time frame @Reeceives.

You'll receive a text from DPD when your device is out for delivery.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app.

Hi Michael, I just called CS regarding my order as I ordered the Deep Blue 256gb on the 1st November and was told 14 days, and the EE guide just said there's now a month wait for the phones?

If this is true I might just have to cancel the order and go elsewhere because there's a massive difference between 'within 14 days' too 'over a month'.
