I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro, 128GB on the 15 December. It was advertised as being dispatched within 1 day, and the confirmation email also says this.
It’s now the 30th and I’ve had no update - the tracker doesn’t work.
When can I expect to receive an update?

My allowances/tariff has also now switched over to the tariff I selected when I upgraded, but I still can’t track the handset

When did the plan change?
This would indicate the phone has been dispatched to DPD, have you downloaded the DPD app to check for any deliveries?
Please use the email address and postcode for the delivery to check 🙂
