IPhone 14 Pro Max

I ordered my IPhone 14 Pro Max on the 12th September and the last email I received was the 19th September. I was told it would come the next day which it obviously did not and I have heard nothing since! I don't even have an order reference number so I can't track the order. I am supposed to be handing in my old device, I have received two trade-in packages but no new phone so I can't trade this one in! Does anyone have any idea at all when my new phone may arrive? Debating going elsewhere at this point because the communication has been just terrible.

Which model size and colour have you ordered?

If you take a look at the model, colour and memory size that you ordered on our Online Shop, it tells you what the current wait time is for new orders of your model.

For all orders that have already been placed, they will be sent out in the order in which they were placed.

DPD will be in touch with you with delivery information on the day before, or morning of, the delivery.

So, it says the current wait time is within 28 days and since I placed my order on September 12th that means my phone should be dispatched this week? @Leanne_T

This is an expected dispatch date, as soon as your order has been processed DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Why doesn't EE say on their site that they're are out of stock instead of stringing people along and making them wait a month before they can receive a handset?
