Hi, I ordered iPhone 17 pro max on 30th December 256gb for upgrade I’ve rang a few times I’ve heard absolutely nothing about when I will be receiving this, I though they would have emailed me but absolutely nothing

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and ask for an update and tracking number.
You can then check EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders
You should download the DPD app as well.

Hey there @Josie29.
I've just had a check of the stock for the 256GB model of the 17 Pro Max, and we've got stock available immediately for Cosmic Orange, or are estimating a wait of up to 14 days for Deep Blue and Silver.
Very occasionally online orders can get stuck before being applied to your account, but if you get in touch with our team like @Northerner mentioned, and quote the XK order reference number you received at checkout, they should be able to get this all double checked.

I never received an order number nothing just an agreement. I’ve rang and they they can see the order but received no email confirming this? So confusing and okay 1 more week then if I ordered on the 30th

The main thing is that they can see the order on your account @Josie29, that does mean it has gone through.

The timescale for that one on 30th December was up to 14 days, so it shouldn't be too much longer before it is on the way to you.
Once it is on the way, you'll get a text or email from DPD or a notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when it will be delivered.
