Unable to make calls from Portugal

I am aware a number of EE users in portugal have had an issue making calls after the power outage 5 days ago. My wife and I still cannot make calls (including WiFi calls)How do we fix?

Tv

I've just switched to EE tv and find it's very basic from the virgin tv I had.Will it get better. I'm not sure I've made the right move jumping ship. The only positive at the moment is I won't be watching so much tv I need convincing

Customer service got fined once.

Tomorrow is a big day. I should get my account all sorted as they told me it would be on the 6th May.Then if my account works I have a year to get my PAC .Im out of here.so will update this if let down again .or will say if all working  as told.
