I placed an order for a new phone 3 days ago but have had no updates.

I have had no updates on my order. Very frustrating. The money has been taken from my account and I have an order number. Please advise.

I can't see any updates regarding this phone. I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can chase your order further.
