I ordered a phone and they took the upfront cost, I can’t seem to get through to anyone, im using my partners phone and he’s already with ee, is there a way to get through to customer services without it being with his account? @Membership10

I have tried those numerous but because my partners phone is already with ee its only options about his account I can't get through to speak to anyone?

Welcome to our community.
If you are calling from your partners phone, when you get through to a guide they can disregard the number you are calling from and look at your account instead.
