Log on to say awaiting confirmation just to get updated once a week on a Sunday via email, ordered phone the same time as my husband ( natural)  his has been delivered had his over a week now,

The timescale for delivery could be different, depending on the colour and memory size, @Lv54dvs 

The current estimate for yours is to 'expect dispatch within 21 days', whereas the estimate for your husband's is currently 14 days. 

We clear orders from oldest to newest and DPD will be in touch when it's ready to be delivered. Thank you for your patience so far.
