@Natalia221  well, if you’ve not had it by now, it’s been returned back to EE,  or the order never went through or EE declined your order,      And you’ll never of got it next day as the waiting times went over 28 days for all models.    

 And you’ve not thought once to call customer support about this in the last 4+  months.
