Ordered my iphoje last week and was told it is on back order , does anyone know how long this usually takes ?

try another company you’ll get a more honest, professional customer experience EE currently can’t even fulfil the preorders they took let alone update a price plan on orders they have managed to fufill 

If you read the whole thread on the iPhone 16 launch you can decide what you wish to decide 

All the best with it and with whatever you choose hopefully it works out nice and smoothly for you

@Mattyl82 , this will depend how many have ordered the same phone, as deliveries are done on a first come first serve basis, and we would not have any idea here in the community.

@October88   I think what you meant to say there was Apple can’t supply enough devices for EE to give out to the customers who pre-ordered the device of any given model spec.    

    This sounds familiar,  oh that’s because it happens every year.    

It’s called supply and demand,  demand has once more taken what ever EE received from Apple and Apple can not produce them quickly enough for all launch networks worldwide.
