If you've ordered an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Silver, the current stock shows as expected delivery within 14 days.
You should have received an initial email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, which will indicate whether the order was successful or not.
Further updates will only follow once stock is assigned to your order, and this will be from us directly, then DPD will set your delivery date and timeslot.
If you've received no confirmation at all, as you mention above, then you will need to call our team directly to make sure your order has been successful.

Have you checked EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders
You should also download the DPD app.
If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

The order will be currently at an 'Open Sales' which we are just waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
While placing the order online it would have shown the expected delivery timescales when choosing your device.
However, if you can tell me the make/model/colour and memory size of the device, as well as the date you placed the order I can check the estimated time for you.
