I ordered a contract phone last Saturday ive had conformation and a email

I ordered a contract phone last Saturday I've had confirmation and also confirmed when my payments will be taken by direct debit but still not received my phone. I've tried tracking but it  just keeps saying will be delivered in the next 1 to 2 days  can someone please help me find out what is happening. Thanks
