I ordered my upgraded phone however I have received a XKO code what does this mean? I’m a bit anxious as I’ve seen people saying it’s nothing to worry about and other people saying you’ve not been accepted. Please help.

@Itsgeoj .. nothing to worry about, that is your order number. You won't get a tracking number until the device is ready for despatch.

Did you receive this in your confirmation email?
Unless the email says there is a problem with your order, then your order will have been accepted at this point.
