I ordered an iPhone 15 pro max 256gb in natural titanium on Friday (17th). I paid an upfront cost of £50 which has been taken from the bank received a ‘successful order’ email from EE. Since then I’ve had no updates or tracking information sent. I’ve tried calling but after waiting 45 minutes in a queue my break was over and I’m back into work. Just seeing if I can get any further information here as calling is an absolute nightmare.
thank you!

Hi @1Chanice01
Have you checked your spam/junk folders.
Once you have your tracking number you can use the tracker.
https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/track-order
If you don't have the number you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply
I’ve checked all folders, cannot find anything and nothing showing on account or app except ‘your first mobile bill will be shown here’. Just seems a long time to wait for an update especially when the phone is showing in stock, and the email says dispatch within 24 hours.
I’ll try customer service again when I can.
thanks

Hi there @1Chanice01
Thanks for coming here 🙂
Have you tried downloading the DPD app and use the email address and post code for the delivery to check for any scheduled deliveries?
Leanne.

Welcome to the EE Community, @Kimmy870 🙂
Which phone did you order?
When was your order placed?

I ended up having a random number calling me for days on end and when I googled it I couldn’t find out who it was. I eventually answered and it was EE they just had to confirm my details and because I’d left it so long I had to pay the £50 again but I got the original £50 refunded and the phone was with me the next again day. So if a random number, I think it was an 020 number, keeps calling you answer it 😂
