I go to store from where I can collect I show them mail they say not delivered

@keshabpoudel843  The store will contact you when it’s there for collection.   You cannot just go to a store and expect to pickup a device from that store unless it’s been delivered to that store.  Your order doesn’t come from that’s store stock of devices.
