¡Hola! Hace 4 días solicité una eSIM por la web, pero aún no me ha llegado nada a casa!! Transferí mi número a EE pero aún no sé cómo activar mi servicio. Ayuda por favor

Welcome to the community,

You should receive it , certainly by today, but that depends on the post, as to how quickly they deliver to where you are, post is somewhat slow sometimes. If you are near a EE high street store, then you can go there with a photo ID and get it there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
