I bought the iPhone 16 pro max and a cell phone case arrived at home

I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max a few weeks ago and I'm waiting for it to arrive. Today I received a package from DPD in my name, but it was a phone case and not my phone. I think that's wrong, right?

I tried to talk to them via chat but they started the service and didn't respond anymore.

Got that too - think not must be a complimentary for the wait … which is a nice touch but I can’t deny I got my hopes up too …..

so I had this exact same issue today.

I don’t know if you have already but call EE. I upgraded online and on that day their website was having issues. My order was down as pending and not complete. The case is meant to be sent out with the phone, so although the system recognised the order as complete, it wasn’t.

A quick call to EE and I have an actual order placed, so it was a technical fault with the website I was told.

Yes, that was it. I called them and they told me that it was and the cell phone would arrive as soon as it was in stock, but when it was the next day the cell phone arrived 🙌🏻👏🏻 so it was a total of 15 business days

I got my hopes up when I had the notification from dpd that my ee parcel was coming. I had to show ID for it and assumed it was my phone but again all it was is the case. So eager to get my hands on the new phone. Ordered mine on the 26th September and was told 28 days, now 33 days and I’m still waiting
