As part of my any-time upgrade I MUST return my old phone. This is the second time now that I have agreed to do this and the returns envelope hasn't been sent. Then you receive letters to say you are going to be charged for not returning the handset. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Is there anyway other than calling Customer Service to try and get this sorted?

I'm sorry that you didn't receive that envelope again. You could try the live chat service through the EE App to request a new one.
