Hi there!
I upgraded a week or so ago and my new phone is faulty so it’s being swapped out tomorrow (DPD is coming to drop off the replacement and pick up the faulty one). I forgot to ask on the phone when I spoke to 150 earlier, how do I need to package it up?
Do I just hand over the phone in the box it comes in and DPD will handle packaging, or should I package it like a normal parcel with bubble wrap and put it in a bigger box etc?

Thanks for coming here.
DPD will provide packaging when they arrive to exchange the phone.
Did our mobile care team advise what will be included in the replacement? Is this just the phone?

Hi Leanne,
Amazing thank you! Should just be the phone I think? I moved my eSIM over to another phone and was told to reset the faulty phone and put all the accessories back in the box.
