Hello @MonaLisa457 ,
Welcome to the community,
In order to go from pay as you go to contract, you will have to speak to customer service and they will have to do a credit check first, once that is ok, and you have discussed the plan you want to be on, EE will do this for you, your number will be the same and you will be able to use the same SIM card.

@MonaLisa457 - There should be a "Shop" icon/page if you are using the latest My EE app, there should be a "Call Us" button?
Or
https://shop.ee.co.uk/pay-as-you-go-to-pay-monthly -Text Switch to 150?

@354- , there is a Shop icon at the bottom of the app, and if you click on help, you can call straight from the app and even leave feedback about the app, feedback is at the bottom of the help page.
