Hi, I ordered a new phone two days ago and was promised a text from DPD about delivery. Called EE yesterday but you were having tech problems. They were only able to confirm that it had reached the DPD depot for dispatch.
Your online tracker only works with a tracking number. I don't have one.
Is there any way to find it through my account?

Should also add, that none of my text messages or email confirming purchase have an order number listed.

Have you checked the DPD app using the email address and postcode to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?

Hi,
I called EE again this morning and now have an order number. They also told me that my delivery is due this afternoon after 1600. Which is fine.
Thanks to your suggestion though I have now also managed to confirm it on the dpd app.
