Did you purchase your phone online or in store?
If online, it will be on your delivery note. If in store, it will be on your receipt.

I have the same issue . . . whilst you've answered the question in respect of 'online' and 'in store' . . . you haven't answered if bought over the phone, which is what I had to do (as on-line wasn't working probably). Whilst i've received the phone, I've not received any e-mails confirming the purchase . . . all a bit weird. I can log in and see my new plan has been set up, but not invoice number . . . which I need to claim the 'free' watch I'm claiming for upgrading to an S24+. How to I find the invoice number if I bought on the phone (and not received any emails?). regards Phil

All I had in my bag wa the phone no delivery note. Is there any other way I can get the invoice number?
