I upgrade a few months ago and was waiting for the Google pro buds that came free with my upgrade, I actually forgot about them as I have been waiting so long. But I have seen that they have to be claimed. I've gone through all the emails and nothing says anything about claiming them. How do you about this ? x

That promotion ran between 10th May - 22nd May 2023. Customers needed to claim through Google on the Google promotions page by 24th June.

How did you take the contract out, @Nickyj34? The information on claiming is usually available on-screen when you take the contract out online. Did you ask our Mobile Care team how to claim?

The information is on the main page when you look at an offer, @Nickyj34. Have a look at this current Google Pixel Fold offer as an example. There's a section that shows the free gift and a link on how to claim.
I understand that if you had seen this, then you would have claimed. If you would like to discuss this further, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
