@Liverpoo You’ll get a notification when a delivery is going to be made to you. Also download the DPD app and setup an account with the same email address you use for EE , that way you can check the to see if DPD have a delivery for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
