Hi, I do upgrade by phone call and I should Receive the new phone to the ee store!

I looked when my email and I didn’t receive any trucking number!

@Florin2022   You are not the recipient of the delivery the store is so you don’t get a tracking number.  The store will contact you when your order is there for collection. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Your tracking number will be provided once your phone has been processed for delivery. 

This will come from DPD.
