I brought my broadband through EE which happens to be with BT, and was told at a later date I could add the PS5 bundle, however as I do not have an EE account number I’m unable to do this online and I’m struggling to find the right number to call to arrange this

@Drew35 : You cannot order an accessory online or by phone unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

Ah okay so the information I had previously advised was incorrect.
my partner had a contract with EE, would I be able to use her account but my bank details?? Of is it a bolt on to her payment plan?

Yes, but it'll have to be on the same billing a/c.
