Hello, in connection with my invoice, I finished the subscription on 04/01/2023 and still the entire payment was taken from my card, I want to cancel the payment and stay with only one subscription, like one l -I finished .

@Hughineata If this is about a contract then you need to give notice to terminate. Once the tariff reaches its minimum term it changes to a 30 day rolling contract until you give notice to terminate.

it's the second month that money has been taken from me and I don't want this anymore, I want you to cancel the card and leave the contract that is still valid

You need to call EE and cancel that number/line. It can't be done via online.
