Has my SIM been sent?

I have no way to access a phone right now and the app won’t work

My phone was stolen abroad 

I called EE who said they will send a new one but the call cut off (this was Wednesday) 

Ive been back 3 days and no sim.

Any help will be appreciated

Welcome to the community.

The SIM cards are sent through the postal service, so usually arrive within four working days. If you're near an EE Store, you could pop in for a replacement. You'd just need to take in some photo ID.
