Can my daughter (same surname and over 18) collect a phone from in store that I have ordered for her on my account? Will she need any pre arrangements by me? Thanks

Thanks for posting. 

Sorry, this would need to be the account holder, as the name on the ID must match the name of the person who placed the order on their account. 

If a driving license is being used as a form of proof, the address on the driving licence must match that of your EE account address for it to be accepted.
