Could you please confirm my order placed 02/11 at Aylesbury store. I have received a txt confirming Apple Watch order xxxxxxxxxx but no confirmation regarding iPhone 14 pro max order same reference number. Many thanks DJ.

Unfortunately we cannot, this is a public forum, not customer service.

Please do not put any personal information here, including order number. If you ordered in a store, then you would have to contact them, as they are dealing with it, and should be able to give you an update. 

If they did not have it in store, then as soon as they have it, they will contact you.

If it were ordered online, then I would say that you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
