Hi so I ordered an Samsung S25 ultra mint and due to a few complications it had to be switched to a Google Pixel 9a. The call where we switched it was on a Friday and it was finalised Saturday and I was told it'd arrive tomorrow but. I've not received any new emails about the new order, the old tracking code doesn't work and because I've received nothing about the order code or emails from DPD about delivery and I'm concerned because this being an expensive order I'd apparently need to give the driver a code which I've not received. What do I do?

Download the DPD app.
If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Hi sorry you misunderstood. I haven't been emailed a tracking code from DPD. Since we've changed the order on the contract and I signed the agreement I've received no emails from EE nor DPD. As in no new order number from EEs end and no tracker from DPD.

It is quite common to not hear anything from DPD until the order is with them @Krom-, but it is a little strange that you've not had anything after the new order was placed.
If you give our customer service guides a call, they'll be able to check the order on the account to make sure it is going through and see if there is any update on the tracking.
