Google pixel8 £0 upfront but adds £30 upfront when i add to basket

I've just tried getting a new upgrade it says £0 upfront but come check out it says £30 up front. Why is that? its not just the pixel 8 its any handset that says £0 upfront.

I am logged in through employee from openreach intranet

I've taken a look at our Pixel 8 plans and it looks like the minimum upfront payment is £30.

Are you able to share a screen shot of where it shows the free upfront cost?

That's really strange. It may be worth getting in contact with the discounts team through the internal intranet.
