Google Pixel fold Upgrade - no confirmation

Hello there, I've recently upgraded my phone, pre-ordering the Google Pixel Fold. I have paid my early upgrade fee and the £30 upfront cost of the device. I have upgraded over the phone. However, I have not received any confirmation that my order is processed. In the past, I have received an email with an order number etc and there doesn't seem to be anything in my EE account showing that I have pre-ordered.

 

Is this usual? I don't want to have paid all this money to go through it again. Thank you!

I have done exactly same and trading my fold 4 in as im on anytime plan . I keep getting reminders to send phone back and new one isn't even out yet. I phoned and asked about a reference number same as you so I can track on line but got told because its a pre order I haven't got one yet ? The phone is launched  tomorrow so fingers crossed out for delivery Wed no later then Thursday apparently. Kay

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I ordered mine last week, its currently with DPD (checked via the app).

Had a text to acknowledge order from EE, email also, but tracking doesnt show anything. (TBH it hasnt for years its pretty shoddy, in a really endearing kind of way, like that nutty Uncle every one has :D).  EE account has updated to reflect new tarriff etc too.

Have also had texts about returns bag and my returns bag itself.

All in all VERY excited for Tuesdays DPD delivery.

Morale of the story, check the DPD app, dont rely on the EE tracking site 😄

How can I track dpd not got any tracking numbers of comfimtaion about order. Even phoned them.on Friday but not had anything yet. Order as gone threw its just the guy who I spoke to said I won't get one with it been pre order. Not had any thing at all yet. But wont this phone back thats only emalis i have been getting several times😕 

Install the DPD app on your phone. 

Login using whatever details they require. Any delivery due to yours, they'll know about. No ref needed. Unlike trying to track on EE or even the DPD website 

Dpd app is simply superior.

Hope I like the phone been use to samsung all this time just don't like the thin outer display with samsung any more and never changed it when fold 5 come out. Only difference it slightly thinner. Let me know what you guys think when you receive yours ? Kay
