Welcome to the EE Community
Do you have the Xbox Game Pass added to your mobile and are trying to activate via ee.co.uk/xbox? If you are getting errors on that page they can usually be resolved by using a different browser to activate and trying to activate on both your mobile data and WiFi.
If loading the page on a different browser and different connection still encounters the error, try the activation on a different device as well.
