Ee have been selling people iPhones under a false pretence, saying one thing the delivering or not delivering another.
Customer service can see that customers are frustrated and rightfully so as we are all being told something entirely different depending on who we speak to.
It’s obvious that the reason why ee is lying all over the place is because you don’t want to lose customers and have them go elsewhere but it’s time ee are honest about exactly what is going on, this is a terrible way to run a business, especially one where we pay ALOT for the contract and have to pay an upfront fee.
So once and for all, what is going on?
And please, no more “once your order is dispatched you will get a message” basically fobbing us all off otherwise ee is going to face thousands of complaints from their loyal customers and new ones.
