I am trying to get a new contract using my friend and family discount but whatever phone I try choosing it says I can't use it as not eligible. I got my wife a new iPhone using another code and it worked but won't work for my order

Are you getting an error message?
Does the plan you're choosing already have a discount on?

This code is not valid with your current selection. Please make sure you meet all the conditions of this promotion.
It doesn't matter which phone I chose same error. The code was only generated on Thursday

I'd recommend calling our Sales Team and giving them the code over the phone.
They'll be able to see why it's being rejected and help you get this sorted.

I am having the same problem. I have received a FandF code from a friend and it just won't work. The message says it's invalid. I've tried several ways of entering the code but to no avail! Frustrated doesn't come near to how I am feeling right now. Can anyone help please?

Is the plan you are selecting on offer or already got a discount applied?
You can check if there is a discount by looking in your basket.
If this is an additional line please check for 10% multi discount.
