Finding it Impossible to contact EE Store customer services , order taking too

Finding it impossible to contact EE Store Customer Services , a phone I paid for on 18th September has not arrived , it was supposed to arrive within 1-3 days . The EE  phone number 150 which sends a text is hopeless , there is no information help for EE Store customers.
