I recently purchased a sim only plan with student discount. I am still waiting for the sim almost a week now when I received my first monthly bill earlier this morning. Where is my SIM card and why am I getting billed when I’m not even using it yet? The bill came first before my SIM card.

@Jewel89 You meed to call customer support about this. Sim cards are sent out via royal mail but you should have this by now.

Sim's usually take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
If your sim has taken longer than 5 working days to arrive, I'd recommend following @Chris_B's advice and giving us a call.

I called customer service just now. I will go to the ee store at the town to get a replacement sim and go from there. I was also told that if it does not happen with the store at the town, I will call the customer service for them to order a replacement sim for me.
