FAKE IPHONE

Upgraded my iPhone 14 to a iPhone 16 pro. After opening the box I noticed an iPhone 15pro. I contacted EE and was told they can’t do anything about it. I went to the store in Grimsby and they told me I shouldn’t have been treated like that we will get it sorted. He went into the back of the store and  come back and told me it was a FAKE iPhone. I contacted EE again and told them my complaint was a wrong phone being delivered to a FAKE phone being a totally different complaint and still was told there was nothing they could do. NowI have got a FAKE phone but still expecting to pay for it. I contacted DPD and was told they can’t do anything until EE makes a complaint. So am pretty stuck at the minute not knowing what to do.

Hi I have been told by two people from EE they can’t help with the complaints I have made am stuck with a iPhone 16 bill with no phone.

I'm sorry you haven't gotten anywhere with your complaint. The people you have spoken to should have offered to escalate this further for you. You can see ways to complain here Make a Complaint | Contact Us | EE which has a form to fill in if you want to take this directly to our complaints team.

Still haven’t heard anything from EE about getting sent a fake iPhone been going on for 10 months now what a joke

What was the last update you received and when was this?

Not had any updates from EE am going through an ombudsman at the minute but EE are not responding and saying am at fault for opening the box. But I told EE it was my phone and my box to open what was I supposed to do not open it for ever doesn’t make any sense at all. It’s been 10 months I have been paying for it and it a fake phone can’t understand what’s happening.
