Hi,

I ordered the Pixel 8 Pro on the 17th and it states on the 'track mobile order' page:

"Your Pre-Order is confirmed" but also says "Expected delivery date: Awaiting confirmation"

Any ideas as to when it may arrive please?

Thanks

No @FreddieTW  it doesn't seem to be, unless as you say there is a larger demand for your size and colour?
Mine was Bay and 256

The orders for each version (colour and memory size) are sent out oldest to newest, @FreddieTW

Which version did you choose?

Chris

Black 256. The insulting and disrespectful thing to paying customers is that EE won't give an open and honest reason for the ludicrous delay. There are only so many options: faulty stock, delays in shipments from Google, problems with EE's supply chain/warehouses, errors in the ordering system, thefts in the process, etc, etc. It's 2023, brands shouldn't be hiding behind their own confidentiality, protecting their profits whilst not 'fronting up' to failures.

I agree, this is a very poor showing by EE.

If they had been honest & said why, some would have grumbled still, but most would have accepted it.

Agree absolutely poor from EE.

Was told this morning that the wait time does not include weekends so if you were told 14 days then that's 14 working days!

I ordered 13th Oct and still no show or any indication when I might get it.

And that is a major part of this monumental c up, no one in EE actually knows anything so customers are being given false And varying information by whoever they get to speak with.

Yeah, because in 2023 warehouses and deliveries don't work at the weekends, do they?! 🙄

Mine was an upgrade order. Had an email from EE asking me to return my old phone. I don't even have my new phone! 😡

Morning @msikdar

You won't need to return the old phone until you have received your upgrade.

DPD will be in touch once your order has been dispatched with tracking details for the delivery.

Leanne.
