To add, it would be nice if you could actually chat to a person, so you could really explain what happened, also this new text thing that opens a new page, that does not work, get a blank page when selecting any option.
I ordered something yesterday, and this is the content of the email I was sent
and then again today, I have just got another one with Your EE Order's been delivered, with the same content, I really wish the developers would look into making sure that all email content is rendered correctly and not throwing some command syntax as the body of the email.
