Email about old device

Hi,should I get an email from EE when they have received my old device after trading it in? I sent it special delivery and checked the tracking and it was signed for yesterday morning.

@Pixiesust86  They have received it as you are aware but they  haven’t yet processed that return.   Ie checked the device they have only at present received a parcel.
