Ee has not delivered my phone

It has been over a week of waiting. Dpd tracking only says that the phone has been dispatched and the date, which was 8 days ago. I am paying for this phone on contract and I have received nothing. 

@Andrew324 , I would suggest speaking to customer service as we have no account access and do not know who you are, they can look into this for you.
