Early Upgrade / Handset Return

Tuesday, August 13th I upgraded early, to a Iphone 15 Pro Max, and returning my present handset Iphone 13 Pro.  Despite taking the payment, my order number is unregonised when I try and track the delivery of the new phone, and it hasn't arrived. I called EE but after 1 hour of waiting I gave up. The order was not showing on their system.  Do I contact my credit card company and stop the payment?

How do you know it is not showing on their system if you have not spoken to them?

The money should show pending on your credit card and no do not stop the payment.

Once DPD have received the device out for delivery, you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

What did the tracking number start with, was it xko?
