EE upgrade order

Hello does anyone know when the iPhone 18 pro max’s are getting shipped? I ordered on the 17th of October and I’ve heard nothing so far. Considering cancelling as for them not to provide updates is unacceptable even if they don’t have the stock, they should tell people 🤔🤔🤔

@myaoliviaxx   It’s on the website for the model spec you choose.  

and iPhone 18 pro max doesn’t really mean anything when there are 16 variations of that device.   Colour? Storage size ?  

 And what information do you want EE to give you when there is no stock available.  What update would you like about an order that’s not being processed/shipped because of no stock and a lot of back orders that have to be fulfilled before you’ll get the model spec you wanted.    Would you like the “your order is on track” email that people complain about being it doesn’t give any information because EE can’t give information about any order because of back orders that have to be fulfilled first before a device can be allocated to you.

Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150 and establish the backlog on the model you have ordered.
