EE Replacement sim order number

I ordered a sim over the phone, they said it will arrive within 2 days, I haven't received an email confirmation with the order number. Is there a way to find out the order number on my online account?

SIM cards are delivered by post and can't be tracked online. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

Another question, can I use a non valid passport(non UK) as form of ID instore?
