I pay for WiFi now my old TV broke I've paying for WiFi I don't need the WiFi and I refused ee finance but I have a contract we WiFi

I don't understand why I'm refused ee finance but they happy to give me contract WiFi I got data with my phone network tesco I only used it for my TV

Can you clarify your question.
Are you assuming becase you have other EE services that you should pass the credit check. Nobody will be able to explain why as this information is confidential.
