Disappointed customer ... 4 weeks and still waiting for iPhone 15

I pre-ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max in store on the 17th Sept.

No updates... went into the store last Sunday to ask for an update, I was told try back next week

Went into the store again today as 1 month has passed still no update... only to be told that it could take up to 2 months .

I was never informed of the delay, no apology.  

Unacceptable customer service, considering moving provider.

Which version did you choose? Which memory size and colour? I'll see what our expected timescales are.

@GMawhinn  you might not be aware, but EE received these from Apple an Apple or not just supplying EE with these devices Apple cannot produce enough devices to keep up with demand for the  UK as they are producing these for around 70 countries so unfortunately there will be a waiting period. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I realise that the phones come from Apple, 

What I am disappointed about is that, I was not made aware of the wait when I pre ordered the phone, in fact I was quoted a 14 day time frame,  the lack of communication  thereafter only increases the disappointment.

Then to be told in store today that it could be as long as 2 months, is a joke. 

I guess EE and Apple should reflect on their supply chain failings

The current timescale showing is that the iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB in Natural Titanium is available to order and to expect despatch in more than 28 days. 

I understand this may be frustrating to read especially if you have exceeded your original timescale. 

Please note that once your order is ready and is being processed for delivery you will be notified.

@Katie_B , How long is more than 28 days? Poor communication is just as bad as no communication. 

This is not helpful. I guess its a factory response to a poorly organised launch and poor planning by EE.

So, I am still none the wiser as to when the phone will arrive, amazing.
